1. Corporate Structure & Intellectual Property :
This website and all services offered herein are operated and legally billed by Mohmandan Car Trading Ltd (Company Number: 17358924). The brand name, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are utilized by the company under exclusive license from the trademark holder registered in Pakistan.
2. Terms of Sale (C&F Framework) :
All vehicles sourced and sold through this platform are transacted strictly on a C&F (Cost and Freight) or CFR basis to the Buyer’s designated port of discharge.
What the purchase price includes:
- Initial Cost: Full purchase price of the vehicle.
- Ocean Freight: Shipping charges to the destination port.
3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Local Clearances :
The Buyer acts as the official Importer of Record for all customs purposes. It is the sole legal and financial responsibility of the Buyer to manage:
- Local Customs Clearance – Filing required documentation upon vehicle arrival.
- Port Clearance – Hiring an authorized port clearing agent.
- Duties & Taxes – Paying all applicable destination port charges, statutory import duties, and national taxes (including UK import VAT and customs duty, where applicable).
4. Transfer of Risk and Title :
Title Transfer: Legal title to the vehicle transfers to the Buyer only upon receipt of full cleared payment by Mohmandan Car Trading Ltd.
Risk Transfer: International transit risk transfers to the Buyer the moment the vehicle is safely loaded onto the vessel at the Japanese port of loading.
Note: Marine insurance is not included in C&F pricing and must be arranged independently by the Buyer prior to shipment.
